Kathiwada City House: An exclusive community for Mumbai’s creative lot!

Architect Nikhil Mahashur took a motley group of architecture enthusiasts one Saturday morning to trace the last-surviving bungalows of Worli.

One of them being the Kathiwada City House which is an art & wellness center located in the heart of Mumbai in an Art Deco Bungalow. It aims to be a cultural space for members to engage. This Art Deco Townhouse built in the 1940s is a perfect example of architectural beauty.
